Multistate Co-operative Society which was registered under the Multistate
Co-operative Society Act 2002 of Ministry of Agriculture, Department of
Agriculture & Cooperation, Govt. of India vide registration no. MSCS/CR/515/2012
dated 20/04/2012. |

Symbiosis Multistate Credit Co-operative Society limited strictly abides by the
Multistate Co-operative Societies Act 2002 and doing finance business among its
members. |
|
Society is not a personal institution owned by an individual but is a fully
democratic organization managed by the ‘Board of Directors’ who are elected by
the members of the society in the Annual General Meeting and the Board of
Directors take decisions unanimously with total transparency. More so, the
Department of Co-operative of the Central Government constantly reviews the
functioning of the society at regular intervals. |

The promoters of ‘Symbiosis’ are professionals of various
sectors having wide experience in the field of Banking, finance, law and
business. This surely gives an enormous strength to the society to achieve its
objectives. |
|
Since our expansion programme is on a fast track, we plan and also committed to
have our operations in many other states in coming months (Like: UP & MP). |
|
In near future our dreams and plans are to operate our society’s activities
successfully throughout the country. |
|
Since ‘Symbiosis’ is registered under registrar of cooperative society of India,
books of accounts of ‘Symbiosis’ are subject matter of Statutory Audit and the
Audited Accounts are submitted to the Central Govt. for review , annually. |
